The flagship regeneration stack, BPC-157 + TB-500 in one protocol. The fastest tissue, tendon, ligament and gut healing combo there is. BPC-157 secures the injury site with fresh blood flow; TB-500 floods it with the structural repair crew. Turns 12-month recoveries into ~10 to 12 weeks.
Your starting dose
10units
0.5 mg BPC + 0.5 mg TB-500
Daily up to 3 to 4×/week
Your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line is 1 mL. Draw to the 10 mark.

The protocolHow to mix it, how much to draw, and how long a vial lasts.
The numbers
Vial10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500
Mix with2 mL BAC water → makes 10 units = 0.5 mg of each
Active injury20 units (1 mg of each), the upper end of the range
FrequencyDaily up to 3 to 4×/week
Cycle8 to 16 weeks on, then 2 to 4 weeks off
WhenPM, fasted (empty stomach), under the skin
Units made simple: your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line = 1 mL. Just draw to the 10 mark, that's your daily dose (0.5 mg of each peptide in one pull). Nursing a real injury? Draw to 20. No math.
How long one bottle lasts
At 10u daily~20 doses → about 3 weeks straight
At 10u 3×/wk~20 doses → about 6 to 7 weeks
At 20u daily~10 doses → about 10 days
One vial (10 mg + 10 mg in 2 mL) = 200 units total. Every unit delivers 0.05 mg of each peptide, so a 10-unit dose pulls twice = a full injury cycle usually runs 4 to 6 bottles.

What it doesWhat you get, how it does it, and what to know before you run it.
What it's known for
Tendon & jointThe flagship lane, the "old injuries you wrote off" stack. Tendon, ligament, muscle and joint recovery, with the two peptides hitting it from different angles (blood flow and cell migration).
Heals as real tissueTB-500 blocks the switch that lays down scar tissue, so you rebuild aligned, functional tissue instead of a stiff patch.
Faster recoveryBetween hard training sessions, "wake up less broken than you went to bed." Recovery is the first thing most people notice.
Gut / GIBPC-157's bonus lane comes along for the ride, it seals a leaky gut lining while it repairs the joint, and counteracts NSAID gut damage.
Anti-inflammatoryBoth peptides calm inflammation and improve blood flow, the shared foundation under everything else.
The core it's best at: soft-tissue / tendon / ligament recovery with gut repair riding along. Gut and general recovery come fast; deep tendon repair is the slow lane (the full 8 to 16 week cycle).
How it works
It's a division of labor. BPC-157 preps the injury site with LOCAL blood flow, angiogenesis via eNOS/VEGF, plus collagen synthesis and gut-barrier repair. TB-500 works SYSTEMICALLY: it regulates actin so the repair cells physically migrate to the wound, and it reverses fibrosis so you build functional tissue instead of scar. Local and systemic = multiplicative, not additive, two different pathways working as one.
What to know before you run it
Named after the mutant who heals from anything. The nickname is the whole idea, same face in the mirror at day 30, but underneath, the old injuries you learned to live with are quietly rebuilding.
It's a supply line and a build crew. BPC-157 is the foreman that lays the fresh blood supply to the injury; TB-500 is the construction crew that migrates in and builds. Two different jobs, arriving together, that's why they're multiplicative, not just additive.
TB-500 comes from a protein in nearly every cell. It's a fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a natural actin-regulating protein found throughout your body, in platelets, and in wound fluid, it's the body's own "send the repair cells here" signal.
Its one rule: cycle it. Unlike a low-and-daily peptide, TB-500 is meant to run in cycles (weeks on, weeks off), not every day forever.
Think of BPC-157 as the 'master foreman' securing blood flow, and TB-500 as the 'construction crew' laying real tissue instead of scar. That's the synergy.
TB-500 heals PROPERLY, it blocks the fibroblast→myofibroblast switch and reverses existing fibrosis, not just slows it.
The half-lives don't match (BPC ~daily, TB-500 ~every few days), which is exactly why a pre-mixed blend is incoherent. Inject each from the range on its own schedule.
Fix inflammation FIRST. It's the #1 killer of peptide results, a clean anti-inflammatory base is what takes the stack from 30% to 80 to 100% effective.

How to run itMixing, injecting, what to eat, and what to take alongside it.
Mixing and injecting
Mix: add the 2 mL of BAC water slowly down the side of the vial. Swirl gently, never shake.
Store: in the fridge after mixing. Keep it cold, keep it out of light.
Inject: under the skin into belly fat (~2 inches from the belly button) for whole-body healing, or right next to the injured joint/tendon for a local hit. Pinch, go straight in, push slow. Rotate the spot, fresh pin every time.
