🧮 Units made simple: your insulin syringe is marked 0–100. That whole line = 1 mL. At this mix, 1 mg = 1 unit — so a 25 mg dose = draw to the 25 mark. No math. Expect a warm tingle as you go up — that's normal, back off if it's too much.
⏳ How long one bottle lasts

One 500 mg vial = 500 units total. Because 1 mg = 1 unit here, just divide 500 by your dose to see how many shots you get.
💉 How to take it
Mix: add the 5 mL of BAC water slowly down the side of the vial. Swirl gently — never shake.
Store: in the fridge after mixing.
Inject: into belly fat (~2 inches from your navel) or into muscle. Pinch, go straight in, push slow — pushing fast is what makes it sting. Rotate the spot, fresh pin every time.
Normal: the site may burn or go a little red, and you may feel a flush/tingle — it fades. Push slower and it's milder.

Carbs on boardIf you're pairing it with MOTS-c, you NEED clean carbs (rice, potato, oats) — building mitochondria without them stalls the whole thing.
ProteinEat real protein (steak/eggs, not pea-protein shakes) — your body rebuilds NAD+ from it.
Boost it naturallyIntermittent fasting (18:6), exercise, and real sleep all raise your own NAD+. Cut processed food + fructose, which drain it.

⚠️ Watch for / red flags
Feeling worse on it? That means the dose is too high OR the product is junk. Go DOWN — don't push through it.
More is NOT better. Past your threshold you just trigger desensitization and shut the benefit off. The sweet spot beats the max.
Flush / tingle / warm rush is normal and fades — but if it's intense, you pushed too fast. Slow the injection right down.
