GHK-Cu

The copper tripeptide your body makes naturally, and loses ~60% of from age 20 to 60. It's not a "skin peptide." It's a full-body repair signal: it flips 4,000+ genes back to a younger pattern, hands copper straight to your mitochondria, and rebuilds collagen, blood-vessel plumbing, and tissue.

Your starting dose
5 to 10units
2.5 to 5 mg

3 to 5× per week

5 to 10 units 050100 1 mL

Your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line is 1 mL. Draw to the 5 to 10 mark.

01
The protocolHow to mix it, how much to draw, and how long a vial lasts.
The numbers
Vial100 mg
Mix with2 mL BAC water (use "No-Sting", it stings otherwise) → makes 0.5 mg = 1 unit
Dose5 to 10 units (2.5 to 5 mg) per shot
Frequency3 to 5× per week
WhenPM, fasted (empty stomach), under the skin
Cycle6 to 8 weeks on, then break
Units made simple: your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line = 1 mL. This vial is strong, every 1 unit = 0.5 mg. So draw to the 5 mark for a 2.5 mg dose, or the 10 mark for 5 mg. No math.
How long one bottle lasts
At 2.5 mg 5u · 3×/wk~13 weeks
At 5 mg 10u · 3×/wk~6 to 7 weeks
At 5 mg 10u · 5×/wk~4 weeks
One 100 mg vial = 200 units total. That's built to carry you through one full 6 to 8 week cycle on a single bottle.

What it doesWhat you get, how it does it, and what to know before you run it.
What it actually does
Skin & anti-agingRebuilds and reorganizes collagen and elastin, clears out old, damaged, cross-linked collagen and lays down fresh fibers. Research shows smoother texture, more firmness, fewer fine lines, and fading of scars, sun damage, and uneven tone.
Wound healingIts deepest, best-studied lane (Loren Pickart, 50+ years). Human trials show it closes stubborn wounds and ulcers dramatically faster than standard care, with lower infection rates. The undebunkable anchor.
The gene resetIn gene-expression studies GHK-Cu shifts 4,000+ human genes back toward a younger, healthier pattern, and even switches on DNA-repair genes. This is the "resets you toward how you read at 20" fact, and it's real microarray data.
HairResearch shows it acts as a localized DHT blocker at the scalp (blocks the balding enzyme, 5-α-reductase) while boosting follicle blood supply and size, thicker, denser hair over a full cycle.
EnergyDelivers copper to Complex 4 of your mitochondria, the rate-limiting step of ATP production. This is why it belongs in an energy stack, not just a skin one.
Whole-bodyAnti-inflammatory and antioxidant throughout, the through-line under most of the other benefits.
How it works

GHK-Cu is a tiny copper-carrying peptide your body makes on its own, first isolated from human blood by Dr. Loren Pickart in 1973, giving it the longest research trail of any peptide out there. It does several things at once: it resets 4,000+ genes back toward a younger expression pattern, it hands bioavailable copper straight to your mitochondria (Complex 4, the rate-limiting step of energy production, raising cellular ATP ~67%), it grows new micro blood-vessels (via VEGF) into starving tissue, and it does collagen quality control, clearing out old damaged collagen and rebuilding fresh, correctly-organized fibers rather than just piling on more. It's an anti-inflammatory signal that calms your system without the downside of a steroid. The reframe: a drug blocks a pathway; GHK-Cu activates your own repair system and hands it the copper and the gene signal to do the job right. The skin results everyone talks about are just one downstream effect of that full-body reset.

What to know before you run it
You make it, and you lose it. Blood levels of GHK run about 200 ng/mL at age 20 and fall to ~80 by age 60. That's a ~60% drop. This isn't "aging skin", it's a missing signal you're replacing.
It's a remodeler, not a filler. Unlike most collagen products, it triggers both the breakdown of old collagen and the building of new, so it reorganizes your skin's structure instead of just adding to a damaged foundation.
More is NOT better for skin. Push the dose too high and it clears too much collagen and crashes your zinc, giving you the "copper uglies" (worse skin, dull tone). For pure aesthetics, the low end wins. Save the higher range for injury and internal repair.
"Not a skin peptide" is the whole point. One doc's line: calling it a skin ingredient is like calling a nuclear reactor a cute little space heater. Skin is the visible part of a full-body reset.
For pure aesthetics/anti-aging, less is more, many people get better results at the low end (or even ~1 mg / 2 units) than the high end. The 5 to 10 unit range shines for injury and internal healing. Start low, climb only if needed.
It repairs, it doesn't build. Supply the bricks: collagen and vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Without raw materials there's nothing to rebuild with.
NEVER blend GHK-Cu in one vial with BPC-157 or TB-500, it chelates copper and the peptides degrade and compete. Inject each one separately, spaced apart.
It's not a skin peptide, the skin glow is downstream of a mitochondrial and gene-level reset. Judge it on the whole body, not just the mirror.

How to run itMixing, injecting, what to eat, and what to take alongside it.
Mixing and injecting
Mix: add the 2 mL of water slowly down the inside wall. Swirl gently, never shake. Use "No-Sting" (benzyl-alcohol saline) water, GHK-Cu stings more than most.
Store: in the fridge after mixing (0 to 4°C). Never freeze it.
Inject: into belly fat, ~2 inches from your belly button. Pinch, go straight in, push slow. Rotate the spot, fresh pin every time.
First time injecting? → Read Injection Basics (60 seconds, it barely hurts).
Your diet
Eat normallyNo special diet needed. GHK-Cu works regardless of how you eat.
But feed the repairIt's a repairman, not a builder, give it the raw materials: protein and collagen-rich foods (bone broth) + vitamin-C foods so it has bricks to work with.
Take these alongside it
Zinc (non-negotiable)25 to 50 mg/day. GHK and zinc sit on a seesaw, GHK dumps your zinc, so you MUST buffer it or you get the "copper uglies."
The raw materialsHydrolyzed collagen (the bricks) + vitamin C (the cement, oral or injected) + hyaluronic acid (hydration).
Avoid at the same timeIron (competes for the same pathway) and topical vitamin-C cream layered with topical GHK (they cancel each other out).
