The master repair signal. A 15-amino-acid peptide your own stomach already makes, it heals gut, tendon, ligament, nerve and organ tissue by rebuilding blood supply and calling off inflammation. It's the foundation that makes every other peptide in a stack work better.
Your starting dose
10units
500 mcg
Daily to every-other-day
Your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line is 1 mL. Draw to the 10 mark.

The protocolHow to mix it, how much to draw, and how long a vial lasts.
The numbers
Vial5 mg
Mix with1 mL BAC water → makes 1 mg = 20 units
Daily dose10 units (500 mcg), once or twice a day, the everyday "forever" dose
Active injury20 units (1 mg) daily for 5 to 10 days, then drop to 10 units (500 mcg) for 10 to 15 days, then back to 500 mcg
FrequencyDaily to every-other-day
WhenPM, fasted (empty stomach). Inject LOCAL to the injury first; otherwise under the skin in belly fat
Cycle8 to 12 weeks on, 1-week break, repeat, or run low-dose daily long-term
Units made simple: your insulin syringe is marked 0 to 100. That whole line = 1 mL. For everyday healing, draw to the 10 mark, that's 500 mcg. Recovering from a real injury? Draw to 20 (1 mg). No math.
How long one bottle lasts
At 500 mcg 10u once/day~10 doses = ~10 days
At 1 mg 20u/day~5 doses = ~5 days
At 1 mg 20u/day (injury)~5 doses = ~5 days
One 5 mg vial = 100 units total. Injury protocols burn through it fast (that's why a full recovery run takes several bottles); a low daily "forever" dose stretches one bottle for weeks.

What it doesWhat you get, how it does it, and what to know before you run it.
What it's known for
Gut / GIIts origin lane and its most famous benefit, heals a leaky gut by restoring the tight junctions (ZO-1, occludin) that seal your gut lining, calms ulcers, and counteracts the gut damage that NSAIDs (ibuprofen/naproxen) cause. A sealed lining also means a healthier gut terrain, so bad bacteria can't colonize as easily.
Tendon & jointThe "Wolverine" lane, tendon, ligament, muscle and joint recovery. It lays down faster, better-organized collagen, so tissue rebuilds aligned instead of scarred.
Anti-inflammatoryIt resolves inflammation instead of just muting it (shifts your immune cells from fighting to rebuilding), which is the through-line under every other benefit.
Wound & skinFaster wound closure and skin healing by driving new blood-vessel growth and cell migration into the area.
Blood flowGrows new blood supply into injured or starved tissue, the reason it works on so many things at once (repair is limited by blood flow).
The core it's best at: gut-lining repair and tendon/soft-tissue healing and being the anti-inflammatory "base" under a stack. Gut effects show up fast (days); tendon repair is the slow lane (weeks).
How it works
BPC-157 works upstream on nitric oxide, it promotes the GOOD side (eNOS: blood flow, angiogenesis, healing) while shutting down the BAD side (iNOS: inflammatory tissue destruction). It then grows new blood vessels into injured tissue (via VEGF), repair is rate-limited by blood supply, which is why it works on so many things at once. In the gut it raises the tight-junction proteins (ZO-1, occludin) that seal the lining, and it resolves inflammation instead of suppressing it, shifting your immune cells from "destroy" mode to "rebuild" mode rather than just blocking the signal like an NSAID does. And because it primes tissue to respond (raising GH-receptor expression and IGF-1 uptake), it acts as the "conductor" that makes every other peptide in a stack work better.
What to know before you run it
Your own stomach makes it. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid piece of "Body Protection Compound," a protein first isolated from human gastric juice, a repair signal your body already produces. That's part of why it plays so well with the gut.
No single receptor, no tolerance. Most compounds lock onto one receptor and lose effect over time. BPC-157 works across many pathways at once, so there's no receptor burnout, you don't have to keep raising the dose to feel it.
It's a "conductor," not a soloist. It doesn't force one outcome, it tells the body what to fix and lets it repair to the max its own biology allows, which is why it won't overshoot and why it makes the rest of a stack work better.
Fast in, low and daily out. It clears the body quickly (short half-life), so a low daily dose beats big infrequent ones, consistency is what drives the result.
SubQ ONLY, there's no oral or nasal version that works (under 1% gets absorbed). If someone's selling capsules or a spray for tendon/joint healing, it's bro science.
Dose LOW for longevity, HIGH for injury. Most people underdose an acute injury because they're afraid of it, then wonder why it's not healing.
It's a conductor, not a soloist. Running it as the base under a stack raises everything else's effectiveness, inflammation is the #1 killer of peptide results, and this clears it.
Healing is rate-limited by ENERGY, an injury is "metabolic bankruptcy at a location." BPC-157 without mitochondrial fuel is a Ferrari with no gas; keep your energy base (sleep, NAD+, CoQ10) dialed.

How to run itMixing, injecting, what to eat, and what to take alongside it.
Mixing and injecting
Mix: add the 1 mL of BAC water slowly down the side of the vial. Swirl gently, never shake.
Store: in the fridge after mixing.
Inject: for a specific injury, go local, right into the muscle/tendon area that's hurt. For gut or whole-body healing, SubQ into belly fat ~2 inches from your belly button. Pinch, go straight in, push slow. Fresh pin every time.
EatClean, anti-inflammatory whole foods, inflammation is the #1 thing that kills peptide results; a calm gut lets BPC-157 (and the rest of your stack) actually land.
ProteinGet enough, collagen and tissue rebuild need the raw materials to work with.
SkipNo hard rules, but seed oils, alcohol, and ultra-processed food fight the healing you're paying for.
Take these alongside it
Recovery pairTB-500, the "transport truck" that moves repair material to the site. BPC and TB-500 is the classic foundation combo.
Gut healingGlutamine (powder or injectable) pairs with it for leaky gut and lining repair.
Raw materialsVitamin C and collagen so your body has what it needs to rebuild tissue.
Energy baseHealing is rate-limited by energy, NAD+, CoQ10, and magnesium keep the mitochondrial "fuel" up so repair can actually happen.
